QUR'AN MAJEED KI KASAM UTHANA KAISA HAI ?

Sawaal: Kya Qur'an E Majeed Ki Qasam Uthana Jaiz Hai?

AL Jawaab: Qur'an Majeed ki qasam uthana jaiz hai, kyunke makhlooq ki qasam najaiz aur haraam hai, jabke Qur'an Majeed Allah Rabbul 'Izzat ki tehqeeqi kalaam aur us ki sifat hai, makhlooq nahi. 
Jo shakhs Qur'an majeed ki qasam uthane ke baad usey tode, us par kaffarah wajib hoga. Jis tarah Allah Ta'ala ki zaat ki qasam uthana jaiz hai, usi tarah us ke Asmaa o Sifaat ki qasam bhi jaiz hai, Is par Ummat-E-Muslimah ka ijma o ittefaq hai, jaisa ke:-


◈Imam Ibn Abdul Barr rh farmate hain:-

"Is silsile me jis baat par Ahl-E-ilm ka ijmaa hai woh yeh hai ke jo shakhs Allah Ta'ala ki zaat, us ke kisi ism-e-grami, us ki kisi Sifaat,, Qur'an-E-Kareem ya us ki kisi aayat ya soorat ki qasam uthata hai aur phir use tod deta hai, us par qasam ka hi kaffarah wajib ho ga, jo Allah Ta'ala ne apni kitaab me bayan farmaya hai, Ahl-E-Furoo Ke Yahaa Is Baare Me Koi Ikhtelaaf Nahi."end quote.

Al tamheed:-14/369.

Allama Ibn-E-Hubayrah Rahimahullah Likhte Hain:-

"Is Baat par ummat ka ijmaa hai ke Allah Ta'ala ki Zaat, uski Asmaa e Husna, Us Ki tamaam Zaati Sifaat Maslan, Izzat, Jalaal, ilm, Quwwat aur Qudrat ki qasam mun'aqqid ho jati hai. Albatta Imam Abu Hanifa se Allah Ta'ala ke ilm aur Allah Ke Haq ki qasam ko mustasa kiya hai ke us ki qasam nahi hoti.

Fathul bari:-11/535.

Ijma-E-Ummat hi mo'tabar (authentic) hai, Imam Abu Hanifa ki infradi raaye Ijma-E-Ummat ke muqable me qabil-e-qubool nahi.
