qurbani ke teen 3 din hain !!




Sawal:- assalamualaikum wa Rahmatullah WA barkathu muhatram shaikh Sahab mere is khat aur mandarja sawalat ko mahnama Al hadees  me shaya karein, sawal ye hai ke kya chauthe din (4th day of eid ul adha) qurbani karna Qur'an o hadees se sabit hai? Maine ba'az ulama se suna  hai ke chauthe din qurbani karne wali jo ahadees hain Wo zaeef hain, aur abdullah bin umar r.a se saheh sanad ke sath sabit hai ke wo farmate the ke qurbani 3 din hai, is silsile me hafta roz pehle Shaikh Abdul Sattar Hammad hfz ne dalail se sabit kiya hai ke qurbani 4 din hai, un ke dalail darj zael hain:- 
Shaikh likhte hain  ki:- qurbani eid ke baad 3 din tak ki ja sakti hai, eid 10 zulhijja ko hoti hai is ke baad 3 dino ko ayyam e tashreeq kehte hain  ayyam e tashreeq ko zibah ke din karar diya gaya hai chunanche hz jubair bin mut'am r.a se riwayat bai ke nabi ﷺ  ne farmaya :- tamam ayyam e tashreeq zibah ke din hai.
Musnad ahmad:- jild 4 safa 82. Agarche is riwayat ke mutallik kaha jata hai ke is ki sanad me munqita hai, lekin imam.ibn hibban aur imam baihaqi ne ise mausool bayan kiya hai aur allama Albani rh ne ise saheh karar diya hai (saheh jame sagheer:-4537) ba'az fuqaha ne sirf eid ke 2 din bas qurbani ki ijazat di hai un ke daial darj zael  amr hain:- 

Qurbani yaum e zuha ke baad 2 din hai (baihaqi jild 9safa 297) lekin ye hazrat ibne umar ya hazrat umar ka apna qaul hai, isliye rasulullah ﷺ  ki marfoo hadees ke muqable me pesh nahi kiya ja sakta lihaza qabil e hujjat nahi, allama shaukani ne is talluk se 5 mazahib naql kiye hain phir alma faisla in alfaz me likha :- tama ayyam zibah ke din hain aur wo yaum unnahar ke baad 3 din hai (nayl ul autaar jild 5 safa 125) 

Wazeh rahe pehle din qurbani karna zyada fazilat ka bais hai kyunki rasulullah ﷺ  ka yahi amal tha lihaza bina wajah qurbani der se na ki jaye agarche ba'az hazraat ka khayal hai ke ghurba masakeen ko fayda pahunchane ke liye  takheer karna afzal hai lekin ye mahaz 1 khayal hai jis ki koi manqool daleel nahi hai naez agar kisi ko 13 zulhijja ko qurbani.karna ho to ghutnon e aftaab se pehle qurbani kar de kyunki ghuroo e aftaab ke baad agla din shuru ho jata hai.

Ye wo tamam dalail hain jin ko Abdul Sattar  sahab ne bayan kiya hai, muhatram shaikh Sahab mandarja bala dalail aur in ke ilawa jo kuch chauthe din ki qurbani ke jitne dalail hain un ko bayan karein aur un ki isnadi haisiyat ko bayan karein aur is mas'alah e qurbani ke talluk se  saheh tareen tehqeek bayan farmayein allah ap ko jazaye khair ata farmaye ameen.

Al jawab:-


Musnad ahmAd wali riwayat waqai me munqita hai Sulaiman bin moosa ne jubair bin mut'am r.a ko nahi paya, imam baihaqi ne is riwayat ke bare me farmaya mursal Ya'ni munqita hai.


Riwaayat no 1

hazrat Jubair bin mut'am r.a  se riwayat hai ke nabi Kareem ﷺ ne irshad farmaya : tamam ayyaam tashreeq zibah ke din hain. 

musnad Ahmed . yeh riwayat munqita hai !

Sulaiman bin moosi ne syedna Jubair bin mut'am r.a  ko nahi paaya, imam baihaqi Rh  ne is riwayat ke baaray mein farmaya :' ' mursal' ' ya'ni munqita hai‼

 Sunan  kubra lil baihaqi jild 5, safa 239, jild,9, safa 295 


imam tirmizi ki taraf mansoob kitaab al illal  mein imam bukhari se riwayat hai ke unhon ne farmaya :'Sulaiman ne  nabi Karim ﷺ ke sahaba mein se kisi ko bhi nahi paaya‼

 Al I'll al kabeer  1/ 313.

is ki taeed is se bhi hoti hai ke kisi sahih Daleel se ye saabit nahi hai ke Sulaiman bin  moosi ne sayyedna Jubair bin mut'am r.a  ko paaya hai ‼

riwayat no 2:-

sahih Ibn hibban ( Al ihsan : 3843, dusra nuskha : 3854 ) Wal kamil li ibne  Adi ( 3,1118 / , dusra nuskha /4,240  ) Wal sunan  kubra lil baihaqi ( 295 /) aur musnad Al bazzar  ( kashf ul asraar 2 / 1124 ) waghera mein' ' Sulaiman bin moosi an Abdul Rahman bin abi Hussain an Jubair bin mut'am' ' ki sanad se marwi hai ke :- o fi kul ayyaam tashreeq zibah saaray ayyaam tashreeq  mein zibah hai.

 yeh riwayat do wajah se zaeef hai :

1:- Hafiz al bazzar r.a  ne kaha hai abdurrahmaan ibne abi Hussain ki  Jabir bin mut'am se mulaqat sabit nahi Hui‼

(Al bahr al zakhaad 5/363hadees ,3444, naez dekhiye nasbur raya,jild 3 safa 61, Wal tamheed nuskha jadeed 10/283.

 Naez Abdurrahmaan ibne abi Hussain ki tauseek ibne hibban kitaabu siqaat (5/109) ke ilaawa kisi se saabit nahi hai.

Lihaaza ye majhool ul haal hai‼

Riwaayat no 3:- tabrani(Al majma ul kabeer 2/138,hadees 1583, bazzar (Al bahr Al zakhar 5/363hadees 3443) baihaqi 9/292,5/239, aur  daarkutni 284/4, hadees 4711wagerah ne Saeed bin Abdul azeez bin saeed bin Abdul azeezal tanookhi an sulaimaan bin moosi an nafe bin jubair bin mut'am an abiya,ki sanad se marfooa naqal kiya hai (ayyam e tashreeq  kulha zibah) tamaam ayyam e tashreeq me zibah hai‼

Is hadees ka buniyaadi Ravi saeed bin Abdul un  azeez zaeef hai dekhiye‼

 taqreeb ut tahzeeb 2692.

Hafiz haismi ne kaha : ise jamhoor imaamo ne zaeef kaha hai‼

majma uz zawaaid 3/147.

Riwaayat no 4 :- 1 riwaayat me Aya hai ke , an suleman bin musa, an umro bin deenar, haddasa jubair bin mut'am Anna rasoolallah ﷺqul ayyam e tashreeq zibah.

Sunan daarkutni 2713, wa sunan kubra lil baihaqi 296/9.

Ye riwaayat 2 wajah se mardood hai :

1: iska Ravi Ahmad bin Isa Al khashaab majrooh hai.

Dekhiye lisan ul mizaan jild 1 safa :240,241.

2: umro bin deenar ki jubair bin mut'am se mulaqat sabit nahi hai‼

 Al mauzuaat Al hadees jild 27 safa 317.

Tanbiya : 1 riwaayat me Al Waleed bin muslim, an hafs bin ghilaan, an sulaimaan bin moosa,an Muhammad bin Al mukandar, an jubair bin mut'am ki sanad se Aya hai ke arafaat  mauqaf wa ad fa'wa man arnat Wal muzdalfata  mauqafwad fa'wa an mahsar‼

Musnad al shameen 389/2)hadees 556.

Is riwaayat ki sanad Waleed bin muslim ki tadlees ki wajaah se zaeef hai aur isme ayyam e tashreeq me zibah ka bhi zikr nahi hai‼

Khulaasa Al tehkeek: ayyam e tashreeq me zibah wali riwaayaat apni tamaam sanado se zaeef hai lihaaza ise saheh ya Hasan kehna galat hai‼

Teen (3)din qurbai ke dalail


Asaar e sahaaba r.a :- riwaayat masoola ke zaeef hone ke baad  asaar e sahaaba ki tehkeek darj zael hai:-

1:-  sayyadna Abdullah bin Umar rz ne farmaya, Al zahi yaumaan  ba'di  yaumul zahiy, 
Roman:- qurbani wale din ke baad (mazeed)do din qurbani hoti hai.

Mautta imaam Malik jild 2 safa 487 hadees no 1071  wa sanad saheh sunan kubra lil baihaqi 9/297.

2:- sayyadna Abdullah bin abbas rz ne farmaya Al nahr  youman ba'd yaumul nahr was afzalha yaumul na.


Roman:- qurbani ke din ke baad 2 din qurbani hai aur afzal qurbani nahr wali (pehle)din ki hai.

Ahkaam Al qur'an li tahaavi 2/205 hadees  no 1571 (wa sanad hasan).

.3 sayyadna anas bin Malik rz ne farmaya :-Al dhahi yauman  ba'dahu

Roman  qurbani wale (awwal) din ke baad 2 din qurbani hoti hai.

(Ahkaam Al qur'an:-2/206 hadees no 1576 wa saheh).

Sayyadna Ali rz ne  farmaya"an nahr salasata ayyam e qurbani ke 3 din hai.

 ahkaam Al qur'an littahaawi2/205 hadees no 569"(wahuwa hasan.

Tanbiya:- ahkaam Al qur'an me  hammad bin Salma bin kaheelan hajjata an Ali hI
Ai jabki   jabki hammad bin Salma bin kaheelan hajjata an Ali hai jaisa ke kutub asma arrijaal se zaahir hai or hamaad se muraad hamaad bin Salma hai, walhamdulillah

Inke muqable me Chand asaar darj e zael hain:-

1: Hasan e basri Rh  ne kaha:Eid ul adha  ke baad 3 din qurbani hoti Hai.

Ahkaam Al qur'an littahaawi, 2/206 hadees no 1577  sanad hasan.

2: ata bin abi rabaah Rh ne farmaya ayyam e tashreeq ke akhir Tak qurbani hai.

 Ahkaam Al qur'an littahaawi 2/206 hadees no 1578. Sanad Hasan.

3: Umar bin Abdul azeez Rh ne farmaya qurbani Eid ke din or uske bad 3 din hai.

Sunan kubra lil baihaqi 9/297 sanad Hasan.

Imaam shafai or aam ulama  ahle hadees ka fatwa yahi hai ke qurbani 4 din hai ba'az ulama is silsile me jubair bin mut'am r.a ki taraf mansoob hadees se  bhi istadlaal karte Hain lekin wo riwayaat zaeef Hain jaisa ke  saabit Kiya ja chuka hai‼

In sab asar me sayyadna Ali r.a ka qaul rajeh hai ke qurbani 3 din hai eidul adha or 2 din baad !

Ibne hazam ne ibne shaiba se naqal Kiya hai ke hz Abu huraira r.a  ne farmaaya qurbani 3 din hai.

Al muhalla li ibne hazam Rh  jild7 safa 377 masa'lah 982.

Aur is riwaayat ki sanad Hasan hai lekin musannaf ibne abi shaiba (matbu) me ye riwaayat nahi mili, 
wallahu alam

Faida: nabi e Kareem ﷺ  ne ibtida me 3 din se zyaada qurbani ka gosht rakhne se Mana Kiya tha bad me ye hukm mansookh ho gaya, ye mumaaniyat iski daleel hai ke qurbani 3 din hai wala qaul hi raje hai,is sari tehkeek ka khulaasa ye hai ke  nabi e Kareem ﷺ se saraahtan is baab me kuch bhi sabit nahi hai aur asaar me ikhtilaaf hai lekin  sayyadna Ali or jamhoor ashaab r.a ka  yahi qaul hai ke qurbani 3 din hai Eid ul adha or 2 din baad hamaari tehkeek me yahi raje hai  or imaam Malik Rh wagerah ne bhi  ise hi tarjeeh di hai.

Wama alaina illal balaagh

Allah se dua h k wo hame kehne sunne se zyada Amal ki taufeeq ata farmaye ameen ya rabbul alameen.
