"Abu Hurayrah Razi Allahu 'Anhu se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah Sallallahu 'Alayhi Wasallam ne farmaya: Aadmi ke Islam ki khoobi me se us ka is cheez ko chorh dena hai jo us ke maqsad ki nahi. "

 Sunan Tirmizi:-2317

Mufradat:

Jab koi kaam aadmi ko fikr me daale. Woh us ka khaas ahtemaam kare aur woh us ka matloob aur maqsad banj 

Fawaid (Benefits):


1. Yeh Hadees Jawame-Ul-Kalam se hai. Alfaaz kam hain, magar ma'ani(baat) bohot badi hain.

2. Is Hadees me be-maqsad aur be-fayda aqwaal ka tark bhi shamil hai aur be-fayda A'amaal wa 'Aqaaid ka tark bhi. Agar aadmi har baat aur har kaam se pehle yeh soche ke mujhe us kaam ka duniya wa aakhirat me kya fayda hai to be shumaar baatein aur be shumaar kaam khud ba khud us se chhoot jayenge. Rasool Allah Sallallahu 'Alayhi Wasallam ne farmaya:
"Jo shakhs Allah aur Yaum-E-Aakhirat par Imaan rakhta ho woh achchi baat kahee ya khamosh rahe (Muslim 6475)".
Zer-e-Behes Hadees se ma'lum hua ke be-fayda baatein hi nahi hai fayda kaam bhi chhorega to yeh us ke Islam ki khoobsoorti ka ek hissa hai jis ke baghair us ka Islam khoobsoorat nahi ho sakta.

3. Jab be-maqsad baatein, be-maqsad kaam aur be-maqsad nazariyaat tark kardiye jayein to zahir hai ke woh aqwaal 'aqaaid aur a'amaal to badarja oolaa tark ho jayenge. Jo Haraam ya makrooh ya mushtabah hain.

4. Yeh martabah usi waqt haasil ho sakta hai jab insan har waqt isi tarah rahe goya ke woh Allah ko dekh raha hai aur agar woh Allah ko nahi dekh raha to Allah Ta'ala use dekh raha hai is dhyaan se us me Allah Ta'ala se hayaa paida hogi aur woh koi laa yaani, be-maqsad aur be-fayda kaam nahi karega. Isi  martaba ko Rasool Allah Sallallahu 'Alayhi Wasallam ne ehsaan qaraar diya aur is hadees me isey aadmi ke Islam ka husn qaraar diya.

5. Ba'az Fuqhaa mukhtalif ehkaam me aise farzi sawalaat bana bana kar un ke jawabaat ka takalluf karte hain jo abhi tak paida hi nahi huye balke un ke baida hone ka amkaan hi nahi aur use ilm ka kamaal samajhte hain. Halanke yeh be-faydah aur be-maqsad kaam hai aur saraasar takalluf hai Allah Ta'ala ne farmaya:-
"Keh dein mai tum se is par kisi mazdoori ka sawaal nahi karta aur mai takalluf karne waalo se nahi hu".
Is takalluf ki ek misaal yeh hai ke Rasool Allah Sallallahu 'Alayhi Wasallam ne farmaya: Qaom ki amaamat woh shakhs karaye jo un me se Qur'an ka zyadah Qari hai agar woh Qiraat me barabar ho to jo un me se Sunnat ka zyadah 'ilm rakhta hai aur agar woh Sunnat ke 'ilm me barabar ho to jis ki Hijrat qadeem hai aur agar woh Hijrat me barabar ho to jis ki umar zyadah hai 

Saheh muslim:-1534.

Agar us se zyadah zaroorat hoti to Rasool Allah Sallallahu 'Alayhi Wasallam zaroor bayaan farmaa dete ab ba'az hazraat ne is par iktefaa na karte huye mazeed soortein paida kee aur un ka jawaab apne paas se diya jabke unhein Shari'at banane ka Haq Allah Ta'ala ne hargiz nahi diya tha.

6. Is Hadees ki roo se be-faydah dekhna, sunna, parhna, bolna, khelna, sona aur doosre tamaam be-faydahkaam aadmi ke Islam ki khoobi ke khilaaf hain. Maslan Novel, Afsane, Geet, Akhbaaraat ka beshtar hissa yeh be-faydah kitabein, aksar khel, taash waghairah, zaroorat se zyadah waqt sone me sarf kardena hai maqsad aur laa yaani kaam hain. un se ijtenab karna chahiye.
