Ek Yahoodi Ka Aaj Article Parh Raha Tha. Us Ne 'Do Gawaho' Ki hikmat Batane Ki Koshish Ki Thi. Us Ki Daleel Ki Buniyad Yeh Thi:-

1. Pehli Baat To Yeh Hai Ke Har Muqaddama Dair Karne Waale Ki Khwahish Hoti Hai Ke Us Ke Muqaddame Ka Koi Nateeja Zaroor Nikle. Agar Nizam Bohot Mushkil Bana Diya Jaye, To Nateeja Niklega Hi Nahi.
2. Agar Sirf Ek Gawah Rakh Diya Jaata, To Woh Aasani Se Tafseelaat Aur Waaqiyaat Ko Ghad Sakta Hai.

3 magar jab 2 Gawah Shaamil Hogaye, Ek Hi Waaqiya Ko 2 Mukhtalif Tafseelaat Ghadne Ki Koshish Woh Mil Kar Bhi Aasani Se Nahi Kar sakte. Jab Tak Koi Bohot Hi Munazzim Plan Na Kiya Gaya Ho, Do Logo Ke Zehen Me Ek Hi Khayal Kaise Aasakta Hai! Ek Court Ka Kaam Hai Ke Woh Mukammal Tafseelaat 'Alahedaa Karke Aur 'Alahedaa 'Alahedaa Anzado Se Dono Se Pooche. Agar Dono Ke Bayan Me Zara Bhi Tazaad Aagaya, To Ma'amla Waazeh Ho jayega  Aur Agar Yeh Tazaad Na Aaya, To Court Khud Bakhud Us Gawahi Par Yaqeen Karne Ki Jaanib Maail Hojayega.

Ab Yahoodi Shari'at Me Aurto Ki Gawahi Maqbool Nahi, Balke Bilkul Maqbool Nahi, 'Aurat Ki Gawahi Kam Az Kam Riwayati Rabbiyo (yahood ke alim) Ke Nazdeek Kis Haal Me Maqbool Nahi, Iski Wajah Se Bhi Woh Log Bayan Karte Hain. Un Ke Mutabil Ek 'Aurat Ko Agar Ek Waaqiya Ka Sachcha 'ilm bhi hai, tab bhi 'adaalat ke saamne woh ghabra jayegi aur chah kar bhi apni tafseelaat sahih se muntaqil nahi karpayegi jis ki buniyad par 'adaalat ko shak hone lagega, is se agar mustaqil sawaalaat poochhe jaayeinge, to woh ghabra sakti hai aur nateeja yeh niklega ke woh apni tafseelaat bhi sahih se bayaan nahi kar sakti hai aur ho sakta hai ke darne ke baad kuch galat bayani bhi kar jaye jis se baad azaa us ko rujoo karna pade, kyunke aisa aksar hota hai ke darr me insan woh baat keh deta hai jis ko kehna maqsood hi nahi hoti hai, is tarah 'aurat ki uljhan ki badaolat 'adalat ulajh sakti hai aur woh jo tareeqa kaar mardo par apply kiya jaasakta hai, woh nahi hoga.

Ab isko Islami Shari'at ke qareeb laate hain, Islam me 'aurat ki gawahi phir maqbool hai, to phir us ghabrahat ka kya jawaab hai? Is ka jawaab bhi Qur'an ne diya hai ke ghabraahat ki badaolat ek ki galatiyo ko doosri sahih kar  sakti hai ya'ni dono mila kar apni gawahi ko mazboot bana sakti hain, Qur'an me aurto ki gawahiyyo me galatiyo ke hawale se lafz 'tazal' istemaal hua hai ka maa'ni bohot mafhoom hai, jaisa ke Allah Ta'ala ne farmaya:

فَإِن لَّمْ يَكُونَا رَجُلَيْنِ فَرَجُلٌ وَامْرَأَتَانِ مِمَّن تَرْضَوْنَ مِنَ الشُّهَدَاءِ أَن تَضِلَّ إِحْدَاهُمَا فَتُذَكِّرَ إِحْدَاهُمَا الْأُخْرَىٰ ۚ

Tarjuma: Agar tumhare paas (Gawahi Keliye) do mard na ho, aur ek mard aur do 'aurato aurto ko jin se tum raazi ho (Gawah Banalo), agar ek 'aurat choonk jaati hai to doosri usko yaad dilayegi,

 Surah Baqarah Ayat No. 282

Qur'an me Allah Ta'ala ne farmaya:-

 لَّا يَضِلُّ رَبِّي وَلَا يَنسَى

Tarjuma: Mera Rabb Na Choonkta Hai Aur Na Hi Bhoolta Hai!

 Surah Taa-Haa Ayat No. 52.

Goya Is Aayat me lafz 'Zal' choonke ya galati karne keliye istemaal hua hai, is ko ulajhne keliye bhi istemaal kiya jaa sakta hai, is ke kayi maa'ni hain, aur mere khayal me yahaa 'adalati karwaayi ke dauran choonk jaana, galati kar jaana aur 'adalati karwaayi ke mutabiq na chal paana muraad hai.
Waise Hazrat Yusuf AS ka qissa to sab ko pata hi hai ke kaise Aap AS par jhoota ilzam Zulaykha ne lagaya tha, aur Israil ke mulk ki hi baat karra hu, ek Israili Court ne baqa'ida koshish ki ke jitni bhi 'aurtein gawahi de rahi hain, un ko machine se test kiya jaaye ke sach bolrahi hain ke nahi, 99% khawateen jhoot bolrahi theen aur yeh Machine bata rahi thi.
Aur aisa hamesha nahi hota, baaz auqaat Fiqah Islami me 'aurat ki gawahi mard ke barabar hai aur basa auqaat mard se bhi zyadah ahem hai:
1. Hadees ki roshni me 'aurat ki gawahi mard ke bilkul barabar hai.
2. Chand dekhne me ma'amle me gawahi bilkul barabar hai.

3. Raza'at, Haiz waghairah jaise masail me mard ki gawahi ki woh haysiyat nahi, sirf 'aurat hi ki qubool hogi.

Mehsoos yeh bhi hota hai ke jin ma'amlaat ka ta'alluq 'aurat se bhi zyadah tha, wahaa 'aurat ki gawahi ki ahmiyat ko bhi barqaraar rakha gaya, aur jahaa koi farq nahi tha ya'ni Deen ke 'ilm ki buniyadi baat thi, wahaa 'aurat ki gawahi mard ki gawahi ke barabar thi ya'ni 'ilm-e-hadees me!
